Terms of Use

This is a translation. If the Bulgarian and English versions differ, the Bulgarian version prevails.
1. What these terms cover
1.1. These terms govern the use of the website taina.info (the “Site”), including its English version and all of its pages.
1.2. The Site is operated by Rostar BG OOD (company ID 175170462), registered office: 5 Kamenodelska St., Serdika district, Sofia 1202, Bulgaria (the “Operator”, “we”). Contact: support@rostar-bg.com, phone +359 898 775 775.
1.3. The Site is part of an advertising campaign for the product “Taina”. It shows where the product can be found and lets visitors share anonymous secrets (“Secrets”).
1.4. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2. Using the Site
2.1. The Site is free. No registration is needed, and we do not collect emails, names or other contact details from visitors.
2.2. Use the Site lawfully. It is forbidden to:
- try to disrupt the Site or get around its security, including the bot check and the submission limits;
- post Secrets automatically (with programs, scripts and the like);
- extract content from the Site in bulk without our written consent.
2.3. Some features rely on third-party services: the map, address search and the bot check. How they work and what data they receive is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Store locator (“Where is it?”)
3.1. Store information (address, opening hours, availability, notes) is indicative. It is entered by us and our partners and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the product will be available at a given store when you visit.
3.2. The “Directions” buttons open Google Maps or Apple Maps. The terms of the respective service apply there.
3.3. “Near me” uses your device’s location only after you allow it. The calculation happens in your browser. Your location is not sent to us and is not stored.

4. Secrets
4.1. Anyone aged 14 or over may post a Secret. Posting is anonymous: we do not ask for a name, email or account.
4.2. By posting a Secret you confirm that:
- the text is yours, or you have the right to share it;
- it contains no personal data of other people: names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, photos or any detail that could identify someone;
- it contains no details that could identify you either.
4.3. It is forbidden to post Secrets that:
- are unlawful or defamatory, or infringe the rights of others, including copyright and trademarks;
- contain hate speech, discrimination, threats, harassment or violence;
- contain sexual content involving minors, or obscene content;
- describe or incite crime;
- are advertising or spam, or contain links or contact details.

4.4. A Secret can be up to 280 characters long. The Site automatically rejects texts with links, emails and phone numbers. Some Secrets may be held for review before they are published.
4.5. Moderation. At our discretion we may hide, correct the spelling of, or delete any Secret, without notice and without giving a reason. We may also require approval for all new Secrets before they appear. We do not check every Secret before it is published. The person who posts a text is responsible for it.
4.6. Licence to use. By posting a Secret you grant Rostar BG OOD a free, non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable worldwide licence to:
- use, reproduce, publish, distribute and display the Secret, in whole or in part, without naming the author;
- shorten it, correct its spelling and translate it;
- use it on the Site, on social media and in the campaign’s advertising materials (print, outdoor and digital).
Once a Secret has been used in printed or broadcast material, it cannot be withdrawn from it.
4.7. Secrets are not linked to you in any way: we keep no name, IP address or device data. This means we cannot tell which Secrets are yours. If you want a Secret removed, email us at support@rostar-bg.com with its number (e.g. “SECRET #012”).
4.8. If you see a Secret that breaks these terms or concerns you or another person, report it to the same email address with its number. We will review it as soon as possible.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, texts, the “ТАЙНА” logo, the characters (mascots), the graphics and the code belong to Rostar BG OOD or to those who have licensed them to us. You may not use, copy or modify them without our written consent. You are welcome to share links to the Site and to Secrets.
6. Liability
6.1. The Site is provided as is. We take care that it runs without interruption and that its information is correct, but we cannot guarantee this.
6.2. We are not liable for:
- the Site being temporarily unavailable;
- inaccuracies in store information;
- the operation of third-party services (maps, navigation, address search);
- the content of Secrets posted by visitors.
6.3. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, or your rights as a consumer.
7. Personal data, cookies and statistics
How we process data and what we store in your browser (cookies) is described in the Privacy Policy. We count the Site’s traffic anonymously: without names, without cookies and without data about any individual visitor.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. Changes take effect when they are published on this page. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, if that is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court. As a consumer you may also contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission: 4A Slaveykov Sq., Sofia 1000, phone +359 700 111 22, www.kzp.bg.
